1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Squad4Me platform (available at squad4me.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Service description

Squad4Me is a matchmaking platform for video game players. It allows users to create a gaming profile, discover compatible players via a swipe system, communicate via instant messaging and voice chat, form teams (squads), and participate in a community reputation system.

3. Registration

To use Squad4Me, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You must be at least 15 years old to use the platform, in accordance with the age of digital consent in France. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Code of conduct

By using Squad4Me, you agree to:

• Not harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Not publish hateful, discriminatory, violent, or sexual content
• Not impersonate another person
• Not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Not attempt to bypass security or moderation systems
• Not use automated software (bots, scrapers) on the platform
• Comply with the laws in force in France and in your country of residence

5. Moderation

Squad4Me reserves the right to moderate any content published on the platform. In case of violation of the code of conduct, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently deleted, without notice. You can report any inappropriate behavior via the built-in reporting system.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the platform (design, code, text, logos, trademarks) are the property of Squad4Me. The names of video games mentioned on the platform are the property of their respective publishers. Squad4Me is not affiliated with any video game publisher.

7. Limitation of liability

Squad4Me is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the permanent availability of the service, the absence of bugs, or the quality of interactions between users. Squad4Me cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion is permanent and results in the loss of all your data. Squad4Me also reserves the right to terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms.
